Packaged with Love for Aleppo
When we started scaling up the business, and had issues with our makeshift desktop label printer, I reached out to Fadi Lahlouh, president and COO of Lahlouh in San Francisco. Our issue was scaling from 100 labels to 10,000. A small challenge for a business the size of Lahlouh given the massive printing operation they ran.
We sent a sample of our fragrant products to Fadi, and asked for a meeting. He generously and positively responded and within a few days we were meeting with him and the Lahlouh digital printing team.
The Lahlouh family immigrated from Aleppo, Syria decades ago, and built a thriving family owned printing and digital marketing business. They loved our soap and we loved their eco-friendly packaging. Our soaps and other products reminded Fadi and the family of their home in Syria.
After a few months of co-designing with their guidance, we have our beautifully designed and executed eco-friendly product labels, and social impact cards. We were able to cut down the production process dramatically thanks to their packaging design ideas.
We are delighted to have a partnership with a company that understands the social impact of our product, complements it with environmentally friendly packaging and supports small business with the same care and attention they would an enterprise customer. Thank you Fadi and the Lahlouh family!
