Established in 1935, Mohammad’s grandfather opened his first workshop and gallery in Damascus, Syria, at the tender age of 20. The family wood inlay business quickly became synonymous with quality, and the company grew to include several locations in Damascus. The workshop employs Syria’s top craftsmen and designers in the intricate work of famous mother of pearl inlay, collected from the Euphrates River, and walnut wood.

Seventy years later, Subhi’s grandson, Mohamad opened their first showroom in New York City followed by Los Angeles, CA, while continuing to work with their workshop in Damascus to create high end custom furniture and unique home accessories.
